Lifestyle photography tells a story - your story. It shows your family in this moment, this season of life, as you are. The connections you share, the little details, and all the laughter and love. As your photographer, I want to capture your authentic selves, provide you images you can look back on years from now and remember your child’s funny personality or their sweet little habits that fade so fast. Life is so perfectly imperfect, and those little imperfections and organic moments of interaction are what I look to deliver to each of my clients.

FAMILY | NEWBORN | MATERNITY

This payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your session date, along with a signed contract.

SENIOR PORTRAITS
Session Fee | $200

Senior Portraits | $495
- Up to 2 hour session, including travel between locations.
- 15 digital images included. Can upgrade to purchase full gallery for additional $150.
- $75 Print Credit to use within gallery store on prints and products
- Up to 4 outfit changes with styling assistance.
- Multiple locations with travel time between included in session time. Typically use 2-3 locations with multiple background looks within each location.
- $200 session fee is a separate fee due at booking, remaining balance due at gallery delivery, with total investment of $695. Flexible payment plans are available.

First Year Plan
Get a combination of 3 sessions during your baby’s first year.
Choose 3: Maternity, fresh 48, newborn, 6 month, 1 year
Each session is a standard full-length family session. All first year sessions include the whole family, with primary focus being on the child for milestone sessions.
Pay just one $200 session fee to book for the year, with remaining balance split between the three sessions (or other payment options available upon request).
Includes the full gallery from each of the 3 sessions - no picking and choosing your favorites!
Total cost for the year’s worth of packages: $1800 - that’s $600 in savings!

HOW IT WORKS
1. Booking & Planning
Booking your session is simple!
Contact me, pay your session fee, sign the contract, and choose a date!
The $200 session fee acts as a non-refundable retainer. It covers the photographer’s time spent on pre-session planning, styling assistance, session time, and professional hand editing of your images presented via stunning Gallery Slideshow.
We’ll work together to style your entire family, ensuring you all feel confident and look your very best, and come up with a stunning location.
2. The Session
Sessions take place outdoors in the 90 minutes prior to sunset, or within your own home.
Sessions with Maeta Grace Photography are fun, laid back, and full of snuggles and laughter. I want you to be yourselves and just love each other.
While they typically last around 45-60 minutes, I don’t watch the clock - we go until all the fun has been had and I’ve got everything I need to create a beautiful, full gallery for you.
The remaining balance of your session balance is due at the time of your session.
3. The Images
Three weeks after your session you’ll receive your stunning Gallery Slideshow to view your images set to music, followed by your full watermarked gallery of images.
You will choose your favorite 20 images (15 for seniors) to download, which are included in the Essential Collection.
If you just can’t choose, you can also choose at this time to upgrade your package to the Complete Collection for $150. If you do choose to upgrade, you will receive not only all images via download, but also a print credit to use in your gallery store to purchase prints + products of your choosing.

An outdoor or in-home location:
Finding a location to create a beautiful background for your session is so important to the overall end product! I search for the perfect spot prior to every session.
If you book an indoor session, they will take place in your own home, where you’re most comfortable. Don’t have a house a perfect house? No problem! All I need is a little window light and I can make anything work to create images you will cherish!
Locations within 40 miles of Red Wing are included within the price. Charge will be added per mile beyond the 40 mile radius.
Styling:
You will have access to a styling service and full assistance in styling yourself and your family for your session, as well as access to my client closet - beautiful quality dresses for the women to use for their session. The clothes you wear can elevate your images substantially, so let me help you - let’s talk options and ideas and work together to set your family up for success.
High resolution images:
Big ol’ files for all your printing needs, no matter the print size.
Print Credit:
The Complete Collection comes with a print credit, which acts like a gift certificate you will use to print your images through my professional print lab for the best, fine art & archival quality products. You will also receive a print release to print your chosen digitals elsewhere as well, if you choose to do so.
A whole lot of choices:
You’ll be able to choose your favorites from a big gallery of 50+ hand edited images, or upgrade to keep them all.

A print credit is essentially a gift card to use within your Gallery Store to put towards your purchase of a wide variety of high quality, professional grade, prints and products. When you choose your products and go to check out, the print credit you purchased with your collection is automatically deducted from your total amount due.
